Recruitment and Qualification
  1. The initial phase focuses on identifying and onboarding ideal partners who align with Advantech's strategic objectives.
  2. Ideal Profile: strong regional presence, C-level buy-in, proven vertical expertise (smart factory, energy, etc.) or technical depth (industrial comms, I/O, IPC, etc.)
Activation and Enablement
  1. Legal Setup: Channel Partner Agreement (CPA) + Annual Business Plan (ABP).
